We've made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account". "My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at Wrap Chic. You can

Manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, change your password

and track the status of your orders or even cancel them.

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). Wrap Chic will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address with which your Wrap Chic order/account is registered with. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (e.g. OD01202130213) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

Regretfully, the products marked out of stock are not available for sale, but please use the "Notify Me" feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at Wrap Chic.

Store Credit

The Store Credit is a prepaid instrument that enables one to shop on multiple times by making a payment only ONCE. You make a payment for a certain amount and this will be added to your account as prepaid balance in your Store Credit. When you make an order, you can choose to use the Store Credit as the mode of payment and the amount will be deducted from the balance in your Store Credit.

Using the Store Credit to place orders on allows you to avail of the following advantages:

  1. Make one payment and shop multiple times
  2. Simpler and faster check-out process
  3. No more worries of failed payment transactions
  4. Easier refunds in case of cancellations

All you need to do is Sign-Up or Log-In to your account to begin using your Store Credit.

In order to fill or recharge your Store Credit,

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the Store Credit page in the Accounts section
  3. Enter the amount you want to recharge with
  4. Go through the check-out process as usual

The upper limit on each Store Credit refill is Rs. 10,000.

  3. Also, once you log in, the Store Credit balance will be visible in the header section of

How do I redeem Store Credit balance?

In order to use your Store Credit balance

  1. Add items to your cart
  2. Go through the usual check-out process
  3. In the payment step of check-out, choose Store Credit as the mode of payment

For redemption, please note the following point

1.       The total balance in the Store Credit will always be available for redemption.

In case your Store Credit balance is lower than the total amount payable, you can make a partial payment using your Store Credit and then pay the remaining amount using any of the other prepaid payment options. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery cannot be combined with a Store Credit payment.

No, the Store Credit is associated with your account only. The Store Credit balance in your account cannot be transferred to other accounts.

Topped-Up Balance: This component refers to the prepaid credit balance in your Store Credit that you have purchased using your Credit, Debit Card or Net banking for use against future orders. The amount residing in this component is not refundable.

Store Credit: This is the credit offered by typically in lieu of a cancelled order. The amount residing in this component can be completely refunded to you (if you so choose). The Store Credit balance is sum total of the two components mentioned above.

Unfortunately, you cannot get a refund on the entire amount. The only amount that will be refunded will be what has been reverted back to your account in lieu of a cancelled order.

No, there is no expiry date for the Store Credit balance. You will be able to use your Store Credit balance at any point of time.

Since a Store Credit is associated with an account, it cannot be deleted separately. However, the usage of Store Credit it totally up to your discretion.


Wrap Chic offers multiple methods to make payments for your order:

  1. Credit Cards (excluding American Express cards, company credit cards & charge cards) 
  2. Debit Cards,
  3. Net banking (using HDFC bank),
  4. E-Gift Voucher,
  5. Wrap Chic Store Credit.
  6. Cash On Delivery (COD)

Wrap Chic and our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to protect your card information at all times.

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges except for the Octroi. The price mentioned on the website is the final price which includes CST and VAT or Service Tax. All taxes are included with the list prices.

The only extra Tax that a person has to pay is the OCTROI which is applicable to a few states in India like Maharashtra, Punjab etc.

If you do not prefer to make an online payment on Wrap Chic then you can opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) payment method. With C-o-D you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on Wrap Chic.

The maximum order value for a C-O-D payment is Rs. 50,000. It's strictly a cash-only payment method; e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders.

Please note, we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order.

We accept all VISA and MasterCard Credit cards issued in India. International Credit cards are currently not supported on Wrap Chic. To pay using your Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value - found on the back side of your Credit card) and online 3D secure password. After entering the card number, expiry date and CVV number on Wrap Chic, you will be redirected to the Bank's page for entering the online 3D secure password.

We accept Debit cards of all banks in India. To pay using your Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), 3 digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards) on Wrap Chic. You will then be redirected to your Bank's page for entering your online password (issued to you by your Bank) to complete the payment.

Yes, shopping at Wrap Chic is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments on Wrap Chic are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks. Wrap Chic uses the latest encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the Banks for processing the payment.

Furthermore, the Banks ask you to enter an online password (also known as 3D secure password) which acts as an additional layer of security for your card transaction. This 3D Secure password is not printed anywhere on the card and is known only to you, giving you the added assurance that only you can use your card to make purchases on the Internet. This makes your online transaction on Wrap Chic extremely safe and secure.

You can be assured that Wrap Chic offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.

3D Secure is a free security service by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing Banks to secure your online Credit/Debit card transactions through the use of an additional password. This additional password is called 3D secure password. The 3D secure service is also known as Verified by VISA and Master Card Secure Code.

You can register for the 3D secure password for your Credit/Debit card by visiting your Bank's website.

Mobile payments are currently not supported on Wrap Chic's mobile site and mobile application. However, we are working on this and would soon be offering these payment options on mobile as well

Creative Gifting Voucher

  1. Enter the amount for the Creative Gifting Voucher you'd like to purchase then click "Proceed to pay".
  2. The sidebar will now have the payment options. You can pay by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking/ Paypal.
  3. Proceed to pay through your preferred choice, or if you need to make any changes to the value, you can always click "Edit" to modify it.
  4. You will receive an email containing the Creative Gifting Voucher details within 24 hours of completing the check out process.
  1. Go to and select the items you want to purchase.
  2. When you are ready to checkout, click "Proceed to Pay", the same as our regular checkout.
  3. Select the "Pay By Creative Gifting Voucher" Option.
  4. Enter your Voucher Number and the corresponding PIN number when prompted.
  5. If the amount of your Creative Gifting Voucher doesn't cover your order total, you will be prompted to select an additional payment method.
  6. IMPORTANT: Funds will be deducted from your Creative Gifting Voucher at the time you place your order. In case of any adjustment or cancellation at a later stage, we will (re)issue funds as credit to your Voucher or Store Credit.

All Creative Gifting Vouchers will expire 1 year from their date of creation.

Yes, you can use a maximum of 1 Creative Gifting Vouchers per order.

  1. The Creative Gifting Voucher can only be redeemed on the website.
  2. Creative Gifting Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Creative Gifting Vouchers.
  3. One Creative Gifting Vouchers can be redeemed against an order. Creative Gifting Vouchers can also be clubbed with applicable promotional codes.
  4. If the order value exceeds the Creative Gifting Vouchers amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / ATM Card.
  5. If the order value is less than the amount of the Creative Gifting Vouchers, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under Creative Gifting Vouchers balance in the My Account section.
  6. Creative Gifting Vouchers and unused portions of Creative Gifting Vouchers expire 1 year from the date of issue.
  7. Creative Gifting Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and are not transferable.

Order Status

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with To check the status of your pending orders, click on the "My Account" link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the "My Orders" link to view the status of all orders.

To view the status of a specific order, click on the "Order Number". After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

  1. Payment Pending Authorization: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
  2. Payment Authorized, Order under Processing: We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
  3. Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
  4. Order Cancelled: The order was cancelled.

You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order shipped" state. You can do so by sending us an email via our Contact Us Form with the order number.

Wrap Chic charges Rs. 150 as delivery charges per order. This amount can change due to change in transportation charges or if the product ordered is very large in size.  In case Wrap Chic has to charge any additional amount for courier we will take the approval of the buyer before dispatching the order. Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 1500.

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

Mentioned as In Stock: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 4-5 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

We procure and ship the items within the time specified on the item details page. Please note that every product has a different time frame required either for procurement or for manufacturing.

Mentioned as 2 – 3 days: The product will take up to 2-3 days for procurement or manufacturing, before it is shipped to you.

Mentioned as 3 – 5 days:  The product will take up to 3-5 days for procurement or manufacturing, before it is shipped to you.

Mentioned as 10 – 15 days: The product will take up to 10-15 days for procurement or manufacturing before it is shipped to you.

Mentioned as 15 – 25 days: The product will take up to 15-25 days for procurement or manufacturing before it is shipped to you.

Mentioned as 20 –30 days: The product will take up to 10-15 days for procurement or manufacturing before it is shipped to you.

Pre-order or Forthcoming: These items are soon to be released and we pre-book your item for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day it comes in stock. The Pre-order duration varies from item to item. Once known, the availability time and date is mentioned. Eg: 5th May, August 3rd week.

Out of Stock items:  Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please write to us and let us know if you need a product that is out of stock and we will let you know once it is available for sale at Wrap

Discontinued: This product is no longer available on Wrap Chic because it's obsolete and/or production for it has been discontinued. With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you.

Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.

Yes we do International deliveries but at an additional delivery charge depending upon the country of delivery.


All items are carefully packaged in our warehouse - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure a safe and secure packaging using, plastic, bubble wrap and thermocol where needed.

All Wrap Chic items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.

Cancellations & Returns

Wrap Chic provides a 15 Day Replacement Guarantee. All physical products sold on are covered under our 15 Day Replacement Policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.

In order to get a defective item replaced Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page, within 15 days from the date of delivery. The defective product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Please note -

Replacement can be for the entire product subject to availability of the same with Replacement is offered for the products sold by only.

For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

  1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
  2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 15 Day Replacement Guarantee above.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement –

  1. Damages due to misuse of product;
  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
  3. Any consumable item which has been used;
  4. Products which have been tampered;
  5. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;

Yes, you can now initiate online cancellation for item(s) in your order, till the item(s) are shipped by In order to cancel item(s) in your order, Log into your account and go to the "My Orders" page. Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding "View Details" link In the detailed order page, you will see "Cancel" links against each of the items in that order. Click on the "Cancel" link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation. Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks of the cancellation request. Alternately you can request for a store credit which will be valid for 1 year.  

A disabled 'Cancel' link can mean the following things,

  1. The item has already been shipped by
  2. The item has a quantity greater than one associated with it
  3. The item is non-refundable (example, e-Gift Vouchers etc.)
  4. In any of the above cases, you can get in touch with our Customer Support for more information

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take Wrap Chic a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate refund. You will be notified of the same.

If you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 3 weeks for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Wrap Chic.

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference. There are two modes of refund available –

  1. Wrap Chic Store Credit (Store Credit) - If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your Wrap Chic Store Credit in the Store Credit component.
  2. Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction

Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Wrap Chic will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your refund preference.
